Research, Design & Strategy

The ultimate goal will be to deliver an appropriate, actionable, and tangible design language solution.

By delving into the Brands and their European market (Europe) as well into distributor, installer, and end-users emerging behavioral, business, and technological trends connecting newly distinguished typologies of products/services/brand solutions.

Design team

The cross-disciplined team had members from different backgrounds with varying levels of expertise. People from industrial, economics, psychology, and UX. We worked closely for 10 weeks in a remote work environment (all thanks for covid-19) and delivered a complete MVP consisting of 3 product portfolio expansion strategies for 2021, 2023, and 2025.

I played a major role during the research phase, handled stakeholder interviews, user research, product design and ideation, and final market strategy for B2C consumers.
